Dry Mango Pickle is a sour pickle made using hand-picked Raw Mango blended with the right amount of natural Indian spices. It’s kept in the sun for 7-8 days. It has a limited quantity of Mustard Oil.
It is served with all Indian meals and snacks specially Mathri. It is the most commonly used travel pickle as it is dry and can be enjoyed with Puri.
