Hing Mango Pickle
Paapi Pet’s signature recipe of the traditional Hing Mango Pickle is an oil-free and flavorful pickle.
Raw Mango is used as the core ingredient which is cut into fine slices and dried in the sun for a day. It is then mixed with Hing (Asafoetida), Salt and freshly grounded Red Chilli Powder to make the ultimate pickle.
Ramkela Raw Mango
To make this pickle we use Ramkela mango. It is the finest quality raw mango available in the market. Hing is very good for digestion, is antibacterial, lowers blood pressure and lowers blood sugar levels.
It is sour, spicy, and has a unique taste that you won’t find anywhere else.
It is best served with Indian snacks, Pulao and Paratha. You can use the pickle as an ingredient to make coriander chutney and Pudina water.
